There are certain areas in the U.S. that are considered “lucky” in terms of weather risk. One of those is the Bethesda-Frederick area which was ranked 5th among the nations lowest risk metro areas for extreme weather. While living in places like Bethesda-Frederick community lowers potential risks, there's still no avoiding the fact that anytime, the weather could change and pull its wrath. Hurricanes or tornadoes are considered the biggest weather risk in Washington and Maryland. Most of these hurricanes or tornadoes can generate destructive winds in seconds, wiping everything in its path. They can help homeowners to build houses that last longer and of course repair damaged houses before a storm hits it again. We may not escape the rage of a storm, but we can always be prepared.
